The Delaware Secretary of State has announced that it will be closed for regular business on Friday April 10, 2009, in observance of Good Friday. If you have a transaction closing and you need the 4/10 date as the “Filed” date you must prefile the document with a provision in the document calling for the later effective date of 4/10.
